Our services

The purpose of export packaging is to secure the product in a way that protects it from mechanical damage and climatic changes during transport and storage. We always take into account the entire transport and storage process of the product, which allows us to design the most efficient and cost‑effective packaging solution.

We manufacture the transport packaging based on your technical drawings, or according to drawings prepared by our technician directly at your site. The product is then professionally packed, secured, and prepared for dispatch.

For safe export packaging, we use only high‑quality packaging materials and wooden crates produced in our own workshop. Wooden pallets and boxes made according to international standards enable us to properly prepare your product for export anywhere in the world.

For products sensitive to climatic influences, we provide special barrier packaging using aluminium foil that prevents dust and moisture from entering and protects the product from the effects of sea salt during transport.

Properly and safely packaged goods help prevent damage that may occur during transport or storage. This not only reduces transportation costs but, above all, prevents the goods from being devalued. We offer not only high‑quality packaging materials but also a full range of related services — the design of a packaging solution, product securing, and arranging transport as well as unloading at the destination.

We supply top‑quality packaging materials and wooden packaging produced in our own workshop, all compliant with international standards.

Custom and Non‑Standard Packaging Solutions

Thanks to our many years of experience in export packaging and transport, we always design a solution that ensures safe shipment and protects the goods from climatic conditions. In addition, our unique packaging system helps shorten the time required for customs clearance, often saving several days of transport.

When metal products are shipped or stored for long periods, corrosion protection is usually necessary. There are several ways to protect these products, and one option is to create a stable environment inside the packaging with low and constant humidity.

For this purpose, we recommend using desiccants that absorb moisture, combined with an impermeable outer film — ideally a barrier foil. Another option is the use of anti‑corrosion films or papers.

These packaging materials contain so‑called corrosion inhibitors, which actively protect metals or metal alloys from corrosion inside the packaging.

The packaging of hazardous substances must comply with strict requirements set by applicable regulations. These rules define how hazardous materials and mixtures must be handled, secured, and transported to ensure maximum safety throughout the entire logistics process.

Our company holds the necessary certifications authorizing us to handle and package hazardous substances in accordance with international standards. This ensures that every shipment is packed safely, correctly labeled, and fully compliant with all legal requirements for transport.

Proper product fixation ensures that goods remain stable inside the packaging and are fully protected from damage during transport and handling. In addition to standard fixation materials, we also produce custom‑made securing elements tailored to the specific shape, weight, and requirements of your product.

Thanks to our experience and in‑house production capabilities, we can design and manufacture fixation that guarantees safe transport, optimal load distribution, and reliable protection even for irregular or highly sensitive items.

We offer custom‑made wooden pallets that meet international standards, including heat treatment (HT) at 56 °C for 30 minutes in the core of the material, ensuring full compliance with export requirements worldwide.

Thanks to our own production and flexible logistics, we can provide fast delivery, including transport directly to your location.
