Anti‑corrosion Film

EXPERTFOL® is a double‑acting, translucent, bluish, weldable, and recyclable anti‑corrosion film made from modified LDPE polymers combined with anti‑corrosion additives. The EXPERTFOL® anti‑corrosion film contains VCI corrosion inhibitors (volatile compounds that prevent corrosion). These inhibitors are integrated into the polymer structure of the film, from which they gradually evaporate into the surrounding atmosphere, creating a protective environment inside the packaging that safeguards steel, iron, and non‑ferrous metals.

Anti‑corrosion Papers

EXPERTPAP® 70 – double‑acting EXPERTPAP® HT 100 with HT lamination – single‑acting

Smooth sulphate anti‑corrosion papers are impregnated with VCI inhibitors (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitors), which continuously evaporate into the surrounding space and protect the packaged product. Inside the packaging, the inhibitor released from the paper creates a protective atmosphere that prevents corrosion on metal parts. This is a dry‑packaging method that requires no prior oiling, preservation, or passivation.
